- Eros Guide does not accept visual content covered by Section 2257 of Title 18 U.S.C., which regulates the keeping of records associated with the publication of sexually explicit images. Consequently, all images which include depictions of actual or simulated sexual contact between two or more persons, or which depict actual or simulated masturbation will be rejected for publication. In addition, any image which depicts the lewd exhibition of the genital area of any person is also unacceptable and will not be published.
